Welcome to the Short Stories' Landing Page!

Due to the growth of my short story offerings, I have had to modify the website to be easier to navigate.  That means, you have three categories to choose from - more will appear as I populate the site with more pieces - the three categories are: Semi-New Short Stories, Flash Fiction, and Short Stories - The Old Stuff.  In order to visit either of these categories, you just need to select the hyperlink and you will be transported to a world of mixed fiction.  If you are feeling randy, I have placed random photos with random links to random short stories.  There will be three per a selection - click it and be transported. 

For Reference: This page is designed to show my audience were I started, and how I progressed.  The goal isn't to show amazing short stories, rather, this page was created to show my progression as a writer.  That may change in the future but at the current time that is the focus of the page.  Enjoy!

Semi-New Short Stories

These semi-new short stories (click me to go to the pieces) are a mixture of submission pieces and experimenting pieces.  An experimenting piece for me is a piece where I am trying to find out what or how I can do something to make an idea the most cohesive possible.  However, these experimenting short stories aren't necessarily cohesive - they were practice.  In the end, I think all the pieces are strong but some are much stronger than others.  I hope you enjoy them.

Short Stories - Flash Fiction

I love writing flash fiction (click me to go to the flash fiction section) because it is so constraining.  Oddly, of all of my short stories, I find flash fiction to be the hardest to write but the most entertaining.  Also, I love them because they are extremely accessible for the person on the go.  Even if your attention span is five minutes or less, you can read flash fiction as most pieces are under 1000 words with some weighing in at 300 words.  So please, if you have five minutes and are bored, jump into this section and choose any piece.  I am sure you will have a good time.

Short Stories - The Old Stuff

Woof, you are about to enter into a place where I was learning to write (Click me if you dare to read the original works).  Oddly, some of these stories have the best place in my heart as it was an incredible accomplishment to finish just one.  However, you have to realize this old stuff is not nearly as polished as anything else on the site.  These are my beginnings, my origin story, and unlike Wolverine, I was not born/mutated to be able to do what I do - I was trained.  I have sacrificed a lot to leave these old pieces and writing styles in the past.  However, there are still great stories in here with a weird bend.  I suggest you read some, for example, The Bohr's Protocol was the seedling that launched Tesla's Travels and now (the sixth manuscript I am working on) The Bohr's Parable.  So don't think they are trash, just know what they are and beware that some of them are very rough.  I still enjoy reading them though.
